No matter what your goals, age or shape, you'll find our relaxed private club atmosphere warm and inviting. Our members’ fitness goals are our top priority. The Diplomat is a family business and has been under the personal direction of Maude, Kate, Mary Lee and Bruce Woolley for over 30 years.

Individualized programs and several sessions of personal training to start you off safely and effectively are provided to all new members at no extra charge.  If you need us to customize a program for you or just tuneup the one you already have, we have outstanding personal trainers. 

For cardio fitness training we offer Precor treadmills, Stairmasters, Precor Elliptical Trainers, Concept II rowing machines, a Nordic Track cross country ski machine, Airdyne, upright and recumbent bikes, as well as swimming. 

The swimming pool is available for lap swimming, aquajogging and other forms of water exercise. Private swim lessons are also available. The pool is under the supervision of a certified lifeguard and you get exclusive use of your own lane in our pool.

Cybex weight training machines, free weight and functional programs are ideal for body shaping, muscle and core strengthening and warding off osteoporosis.

Our Group Exercise Program features varied classes, all with the goal of getting you in shape.  Pilates, Aquacise (water aerobics), Step/Sculpt, Low Impact Aerobics and Stretch classes are all great fun and are designed to complement your total fitness program. We also now offer Les Mills BODYPUMP™ classes. Challenge yourself with the original group  weight-training class that strengthens and tones your entire body.  It's thefastest way to burn fat, tone muscles and strengthen up your body. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

Our whirlpool, saunas, poolside chaise lounges and outdoor sundeck are ideal ways to relax at the end of your workout.
