Aerobics Lite A slower paced aerobics class that includes a cardiovascular workout for aerobic conditioning and is combined with lightweight training for muscle toning & strength. To complete your workout, we add a variety of floor exercises, stretching and a relaxing cool down.
Step/Sculpt A combination of aerobics using the Reebok Step and a variety of resistance exercises using ability appropriate hand-held weights and floor work. This class also includes a full body stretch for flexibility.
Aquacise Splash your way to good health with this total body workout in the shallow end of the pool. You will finish the class feeling refreshed & invigorated. This class incorporates aerobic training for cardiovascular fitness, stretching for flexibility and a variety of strengthening exercises using the resistance of the water. The morning class is 45 minutes; the evening class is one hour
Pilates Mat A mat class that brings together aspects of, yoga, floor work and dance through the teachings of Josef Pilates. The class focuses on the strengthening and stretching of core muscles. If Sue is not available a different style of class will be offered.
*Circuit Training Given on the last Saturday of every month. This class involves a variety of workout stations, which incorporates weight training and cardiovascular training through a series of timed intervals encompassing a total body workout for everyone. |
